Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
It is highly suggested that you use shipping services that provide tracking. A.SumayahShop will not be responsible for any lost items.
Please allow 2-5 BUSINESS days for all orders to be processed. This does not include weekends.
There is a flat rate shipping fee of $7 for customer within the US.
ALL PREORDERS SHIP IN 1-2 WEEKS! If your order contains a PREORDER item, the rest of your items will not ship until the PREORDER item is in hand! If you would like your items to ship separately, please click “PreOrder Separate Shipping” at checkout!
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. (There may be additional custom fees once the package arrives in the customers country. Custom fees vary depending on location.)
FOR CANADA CUSTOMERS: UPS custom fees are waived when “UPS Worldwide Saver” is purchased at checkout when the value of the package is less than 150 CAD.
If a customer refuses to pay the custom fees needed, the package will be sent back to us. Once we receive the package, we will refund the customers order (excluding shipping). We have already paid for shipping, therefore we can only refund for the items bought.
It is important to note that international shipping can take 7-21 business day to be delivered, this does NOT include the additional time it takes to process your order, which is 1-4 days.
This time MAY be increased due to customs in your country. We are NOT responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred through customs.
